ClientVoid/Samsung

scope
Motion, Photo, Editorial, Installation
CloseVoid magazine sent sixteen photographers across São Paulo to document nightlife from 6pm to 6am for a whole week. The assignment, commissioned by Samsung via its agency to showcase the then-new Samsung S22, began as a photography issue. After the agency censored a large portion of the images, it later agreed to finance an uncensored edition published by Void. The project subsequently expanded into a film. My role combined fieldwork and post: shooting, magazine co-edit, film edit, and motion graphics. For the launch, a site-specific projection installation extended the work into the space.
